how do i book?

Booking your group travel experience can be done directly through our website or through our Sales team. For further assistance with your booking, please give us a call at 754-200-3454.

When is final payment due?

Final payments are due 45 days prior to the first day of the trip. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time before the trip departure. However please note you may lose part, or all your money paid.

The cancellation fees will be an amount determined by the table below, except where otherwise indicated. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges from your travel insurer. Refunds will only be made available to the person named on the booking payment receipt. Under no circumstances are deposits refundable, after the initial 24-hour booking period. If you have paid in full, your non-refundable deposit is included in this payment.

You may be able to reclaim cancellation charges under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly with your insurance company. Once the trip has begun, no refunds can be made. All prices are based on group bookings; therefore, no refunds will be made on any parts of the itinerary in which you do not wish to participate.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds will only be made available to the person named on the booking payment receipt. Under no circumstances are deposits refundable, after the initial 24-hour booking period. Refunds are processed in maximum 60 days from the date of cancellation or date of reschedule.

Are flights included?

Flights are not included in any package offered by Caribbean P.O. Guests will be required to book their own flights to the group tour destination.

What’s included in each tour package?

Our guests will have access to the most exclusive offerings in each package which will include the following:

  • Access to Club Montego Bay & Club Kingston airport lounges

  • Round trip airport transfers

  • Accomodations at villas, business hotels, & all-inclusive resorts

  • Private transportation

  • Islandwide excursions, events, & activites

Can I book my own room?

Accommodations for each tour package is included, and will be handled by our team at Caribbean P.O. Packages may include various room categories that can be selected by the traveler.

Is food included?

Depending on the tour package that include all-inclusive accommodations. Travelers will be responsible for food not provided.

Is there an age limit?

All guests must be 21 years or older to book and travel with Caribbean P.O.

Do you offer private group tours?

Yes, in addition to group tours that are open to all guests, we provide private group tours tailored to your travel preferences and needs.

Do I need a passport or visa to travel to Jamaica?

All travellers entering the country will be required to present a valid government-issued passport. Please visit for more information about Jamaica’s travel requirements.
